Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

We are delighted that following the latest Government announcement, we are now offering our full treatment menu. 

If you wish to enjoy a spa day with us, instead of our normal spa day packages, we currently have our Revitalise Me Spa Day available, please visit the treatment area of the website for full details.

Any gift vouchers which were due to expire by 15th July have been extended by 6 months.

COVID-19 Procedures


Our Team:

Have undergone comprehensive training in our COVID-19 risk assessments, new procedures, social distancing and increased hygiene protocols

Have been provided with appropriate PPE includings face masks, face shields, gloves and hand sanitiser, and trained in the use of each

Will be required to self-isolate if they have COVID-19 symptoms


All Guests:

If you or any members of your household have COVID-19 symptoms please do not visit us. Symptoms include a new continuous cough, high temperature or loss of or change to your normal sense of taste or smell. Please contact us on 01756 752261 to rearrange your appointment

Please sanitise your hands on entry to the spa and changing rooms, hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the facilities. Please wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds throughout the day

When visiting us, please adhere to social distancing at all times

Please observe the current Government guidelines which allow a maximum of 6 people from 2 households to meet in a group

Your therapist will be wearing a face mask and face shield to protect you both during your visit

You will be required to wear a face covering for most treatments, your therapist will advise you if your face covering may be removed

Please attend appointments on your own or ask your companions to wait in the cafe while you enjoy your treatmentPlease arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete your consultation form. All guests except for spa day guests will be asked to wait in a designated seating area in reception until your therapist greets you

Our cleaning schedules and procedures have been enhanced, including the use of sanitiser and a fogging machine to ensure that the facilities and equipment have been thoroughly disinfected

Product testers have been removed. Should you wish to sample a product, please ask one of our therapists or receptionists

Signage is in place to remind our guests and team of social distancing and our new guidelines

Protective screens have been installed at reception, Woodlands cafe and our manicure stations to protect our team and customers

We are ventilating public areas as much as possible to allow increased air circulation

Newspapers, magazines and printed materials have been removed

Use of our leisure facilities is only available for spa day guests as we are not currently allowing guest passes. Our swimming pool and jacuzzi are open, however for the time being, our sauna and steam room remain closed

Capacity has been reduced in the swimming pool and jacuzzi with each session lasting 45 minutes. Sessions start on the hour with a 15 minute cleaning slot in-between each session. Please adhere to the times and areas you have booked to allow us to maintain social distancing and fully clean and fog the facilities and changing rooms

The changing rooms are only for the use of spa day guests and members

We will hold your details for 21 days for the NHS Test and Trace system

Spa Days:

Our receptionists will give you a locker key for a designated locker in the changing rooms where you will find your robe, towel and slippers. At the end of your spa day, please place your robe, towel and slippers in the designated area next to reception

Only water may be provided in the relaxation lounge, should you wish to have any hot drinks, please visit the café

Morning Spa Days include use of the facilities from 9am until 1pm with afternoon tea at 1.30pm

Afternoon Spa Days include afternoon tea at 12.30pm then use of the facilities from 1.30pm until 5.30pm
